You Don't Have to Replace Good Concrete.
KC Lift & Level was built around a simple idea: when existing concrete still has useful life, the right answer may be to correct the problem rather than tear everything out and start over.
Your Concrete Problem Gets My Attention.
When homeowners are dealing with settled, uneven, or sinking concrete, the first question shouldn't be whether the whole thing needs to be replaced.
My job is to understand what is actually happening, determine what can be corrected, and explain the options before the work begins.
How We Approach Your Project
Not every slab should be lifted. The right recommendation depends on the condition of the concrete and the conditions around it.
Leveling concrete is only part of the job. Transitions, cracks, cleanup, and the finished appearance matter too.
The goal is to solve the concrete problem while minimizing disruption and leaving the work area clean when we're done.
James Murray
KC Lift & Level is owner-operated, which means the person you talk to about your concrete is the person responsible for the work.
My approach is straightforward: understand what is actually happening, determine what can be fixed, and do the work carefully enough that the finished result is something I'm comfortable putting my name on.
I started KC Lift & Level because I saw an opportunity to approach concrete leveling as more than simply injecting foam and moving on. The correction matters, but so does everything that comes after it.
We Don't Just Lift It. We Finish the Job.
A successful project isn't only about getting a slab back near the right elevation. We pay attention to the surrounding concrete, drainage, transitions, cracks, cleanup, and the details that affect the final result.
Evaluate
We look at the concrete, settlement, surrounding slabs, drainage, and other site conditions, then explain what we believe makes sense.
Lift & Support
When leveling is the right answer, we lift and stabilize the sections that can be safely corrected while considering the surrounding concrete.
Finish the Work
We address transitions, cracks, cleanup, and other finishing details that help the project look complete, then stand behind the work.
