Concrete Leveling Services

You Don't Have to Replace Good Concrete.

When concrete settles, the right answer is not always replacement. We evaluate the problem, explain what your concrete needs, and correct what can be safely corrected.

What We Can Help Correct

Concrete leveling for the surfaces you use every day.

We work on settled, uneven, and sinking concrete while considering the surrounding slabs and site conditions. A single project may involve several surfaces, so we look at the whole problem rather than one slab in isolation.

Driveway leveling

Driveway Leveling

Correct settled or uneven driveway sections, improve transitions between slabs, and reduce trip hazards without automatically replacing the existing concrete.

Sidewalk Leveling

Correct settled sidewalk sections and uneven joints to improve safety, appearance, and the overall flow of the walkway.

Complete Project Approach

We look at the whole project, not just one slab.

Driveways, sidewalks, patios, steps, and garage approaches often work together. A single project may involve several surfaces, and we evaluate how they relate to one another before deciding what should be lifted, stabilized, or finished.

Finish the Job

We don't just lift it. We finish the job.

When the project calls for it, we also handle the finishing work that helps the corrected concrete look cleaner, safer, and more complete.

Crack & Joint Sealing

Caulking cracks and joints where appropriate to help keep the finished project cleaner and better protected.

Pressure Washing & Cleanup

Clean up the work area and, when appropriate, pressure wash the concrete so the finished project looks as good as the correction allows.

Your Plan

Evaluate. Lift & Support. Finish.

We figure out what your concrete needs, correct what can be safely corrected, and finish the work so you can get back to using your space.

01

Evaluate

We look at settlement, cracks, voids, drainage, surrounding slabs, and other conditions affecting the concrete. Then we explain what we believe makes sense.

02

Lift & Support

When leveling is the right answer, polyurethane foam is injected beneath the concrete to fill voids, provide support, and carefully lift the sections that can be safely corrected.

03

Finish the Work

We address the details that matter to the finished result, including transitions, crack sealing, cleanup, and other appropriate finishing work. Then we stand behind the work.

Not Every Slab Should Be Lifted

We'd rather tell you when leveling isn't the right answer.

Concrete lifting works best when the existing concrete is still structurally useful. Severe deterioration, extensive breakage, or other conditions may make replacement the better option.

We'll evaluate the condition of the concrete and explain what we believe makes sense before recommending the work.
